[Resolved] Axis Bank — Loan Closer | |||||
I have a car loan from your bank which I have taken in 2013, continuously am paying EMI As per my EMI date. Remaining amount has been paid by me on 26.04.2016 with all four closes charges that time loan executive told me that NOC will be sent to your address with in 8 or 10 days. But till today almost 25 days over & I didn’t receive any kind of NOC & SMS for the same even when I was calling to executive he was not receiving my call, When I called with other no. he use to replied that I will give you within 2 days, It happens 3 or 4 times. Please help me, Being a customer It is damaging reputation of axis bank. This kind of response is not ok, Now please help me ASAP [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
