[Resolved] Axis Bank Ltd — Salary account opening and closure delayed | |||||
I have opened and operated my salary account with Axis Bank Ltd Panchkula branch long back, after that I have left the job in that area and the account is non operational since three months..no transactions taken place in the account more than three months, till now the account is now closed and requested several times to customer services and base branch to close the account with proper channel. Now they are sending SMS and creating trouble that they want to convert salary account into savings account to debit necessary charges from customer. They have send me account closure from which is not accepting by the local branches to delay the matter Very dirty services to customers... Was this information helpful? | |||||
