[Resolved] Axis Bank — missed credit card payment due to no timely information provided by care | |||
I hv 2 pay my credit card bill. I call @ care 11:40pm on[protected]. They said our system is not working call after 2 hours. I explain today last day for bill. I don't know proper information about the bill i hv 2 knw details they transfer call @ ivr when again i try 4 time the did this i hv full recording of conversation they totally waste my 50 min and i missed payment. Also axis app is not working screenshoot is attached with it and also there care call is chargable @1₹/min. Need solution of my problem and also take action against ur executive razi and sri parsad and 2 more. And why axis don't hv any complaint email id??
