[Resolved] Axis Bank — Mobile banking | |||||
Mobile banking was working fine. Suddenly stopped working after Axis bank decided to upgrade to Lime Wallet. When contacted Axisbank, was told the phone number was not updated through a secured channel. Help me understand. You still continue to call me, send me SMS alerts at the same number thats was updated through insecure channel. This insecure channel happens to be your bank representative since the number hasn't changed since account opening. Also to add insult, your systems do not receive my emails-they bounce back saying my email ID isn't registered. [protected]@aol.com. find me and resolve this if you can.
