Axis Bank — money not received but the a/c was debited

Today I tried to withdraw Rs.3000.00 through AXIS Bank ATM opposite Parleshwar Mandir (Temple), Near Jain Temple, Vile Parle East, Mumbai-400057 but I did not receive the money & got MESSAGE THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED. I GOT slip saying "Transaction Declined" 068 Unable to Process. Other details are as under: Date: 05.03.2015 20:10 SPCN06422 CARD NO-9465 RECORD NO-8996 WITHDRAWAL KINDLY CREDIT RS.3000.00 TO MY ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF MAHARASHTRA P A JUWEKAR
