Axis Bank — My access amount refund

Dear concern I am sanjeet kumar my credit card card no. ...6432 .i access amount pay to credt card by cheque amt-13000/ and also auto debit Rs. 12015/ in my saving account. but till date not refund . i already send mail with proof at 11 july but not any reply from credit card department . Also request raise by telephonic by customer care but not any reply. last time disscussion with Nilam but not any genuine reply she say iave not any mail recived from your side. please acction as soon as possible.
