Axis Bank — Payment refund

I had purchased some grocery items from the puneet store of about RS.2959 using my debit card numbered [protected] on 19 of November. Also the payment was been made and I received the message from your bank also but the shopkeeper is saying that he has not received the payment so he may not avail us with our grocery. So I need you to avail me with my refund as soon as possible.
