Axis Bank — new credit card was bend at magnetic plate

Address:Jhajjar, Haryana

i got my new credit card on 23rd jan. 2015. packing was ok but inside credit card was found bend from one edge. while activating the card i informed to customer care officer Mr. faijal, about this defect. please change the card as soon as possible. my card no is [protected]. regards mukesh mishra
