Axis Bank — NOC pending for settlement of my credit card NO [protected]

Dear Team, I would like to lodge a complaint that as per settlement letter no. AXISB/14-15/29/1432 given by Axis Bank, Kolkata, ON DATED 30.12.2014, I have paid the amount in cash by dated 31.12.2014, vide money receipt no. 932122, money receipt dated 31.12.2014, collector identity card no. 37309, I have been assured that minimum 15 days or maximum 30 days it require NOC to arrive at branch but as on dated 5th-March-2015 my NOC is still under process for my Axis credit card no.
