Sir, an unsuccessful transaction of Rs 35000/- was made at Max Hospital, Pitampura, New Delhi on 11/4/ 2015. As soon as the card was swiped, I received a message that a transaction of Rs 35, 000/- has been made at Max Hosp but the Hospital auth did not receive the money as the receipt was not generated. They gave me the batch list also in which the transaction was not reflected. The same was also conveyed to the bank auth by the hospital auth through me. Regarding this, I have made complaints to the bank's executives numerous times but the case has not been solved yet. The transaction is a failed one and the amount has not been credited in the card. I request you that the amount may please be reversed to my card as early as possible so that I may not have to knock the door of the court for settlement of the dispute.
