[Resolved] Axis Bank — not providing information for investigation | |||
Hi Axis Bank Golpark branch, Kolkata has frozen my savings account on basis of a SEBI notice . When I requested information about the same they just shared cursory information and did not share a copy of the notice order. Moreover, it seems the notice was in name of third holder SUJOY NANDI but they refuse to respond to when third holder name addition took effect and when freeze was executed. Additionally, they did not bother to inform the primary holder of the account about any such freeze. The customer care cell did not generate a service request number and no information received from relationship manager even on the questions asked. As we require details to proceed to unfreeze the account, we need the bank to cooperate. Causing a lot of inconvenience despite being a priority customer and not being able to access legitimate funds.
