[Resolved] Axis Bank — Not providing policy document for pradhan mantri suraksha bima yojana (Pmsby) | |||
I applied for the pmsby policy in year 2015 through axis bank. From last two years i am paying the premium for this policy but i am not receiving any policy document from them. I sent him so many emails but they are not providing the policy documents. After so many discussions, now they provided me for the period of[protected] and that too doesn't contains the proper information. I regularly emailing them for the details correction process and policy document for[protected] period but they are not providing me. Every time they forward me the same document for period[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
