[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Not recieved debit card

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I opened account 3 months ago. But still I have not received debit card yet. I called customer care, they said your debit card yet then I went to branch and Issued debit card 1 month ago. But still I have not received debit card and still customer care is saying your debit card is not issued. Now, what should I do? Please provide me debit card as soon as possible.
