[Resolved] Axis Bank — Opening new sb account | |||||
I wanted to open an SB account in Axis. So i went to the nearest branch and enquired about all the details with one of the person present in the sales section. They said to bring me some proof details and initial amount rupees 10500. and after some days i visited the bank and gave them all the needed documents and also 11000 cash to open an account. On the same day i have signed all the legal documents and i am provided with the instant kit of axis bank which has card and checkbook. and the sales person said me that your account will be activated in 3 to four working days. But my not account is not activated. and so i visited the branch again to meet that person but that person has absconded from the office. when i enquired with the manager present there. she said she will help me in opening it within one week time and she will call me. but the account was not activated. when i again visited that manager has resigned the job. and i asked about my account activation and money with the current manager and his response was like. i dont know who was that person. you please raise police complaint. this was the response i got from him. They started to treat the customer in a poor manner. i am highly disappointed with this service. Kindly look into my issue and help me to get back the money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
