Axis Bank — Personal Loan Clearence

Sir I am Deepak Kumar Maharana having a salary /Saving bank acount at Axis Bank, Vikash Puri branch, New Delhi.I have availed a personal loan of Rs 75000/- with EMI 2468 /- with a period of four years.After few months SBI launched Defence Salary Package(DSP) account for defence persons with many more facilities, as i belongs to defence I have changed my salary account from Axis bank to SBI DSP account but i used to deposit my EMI continuously.After few months an Axis bank representative named Mr Shiv Kumar came to my office and told me about my outstanding dues and used to collect the EMI directly from me by hand .After 2-3 months he told me if I pay am amount of Rs35000/- in one lump sum my loan will be liqudated so I took interest on that and handed over to that person 35000/- for clearing the outstanding the loan .There after I have not checked my Axis Bank account for any transaction and all .On 2014 Nov when I have applied for a loan in SBI it is found from CIBIL that an amount of Rs 54000/- is outstanding against me.I got surprised that how it happened once I have already paid my outstanding amount .Immediately I went to Axis Bank at Ahmedbad branch where I found More than one lakh is outstanding against me, I totally broken when I came to know this thing .I have called Axis Bank Customer care several times but they told me that I have to pay full amount which shows outstanding in their system.I dont understand now what I should do.Please check my details at your system and give the solution.My bank details and contact number are as follows- Thanks a lot Axis Bank A/C No-[protected] Branch:Vikash Puri, New Delhi Mob;-[protected] Gmail:[protected]@gmail.com
