Axis Bank — Salary account not activated axis | |||
Hello It's been 43 days since i submitted my documents for opening salary account but till date not opened. Earlier i was told that since i had cancelled my previous salary account with axis bank my account was not suspended. One month passed by and my salary got credited and every day i was promised that it will be activated. The n i spoke to the branch manager mr. Vaibhav who also gave me false information that the account is not suspended and it will be done shortly and account will be activated. Frustrated i went to the nearby branch where the manager told me that no account to be suspended only my customer id needs to be activated which she did immediately and told to inform my branch to activate my account. But till date account is not activated. All false assurance by marketing person mr ajit and branch manager mr.
