Axis Bank — The Loan Executive misbehaved and used an unacceptable language with me. | |||
The executive came to take the documents in my office on 20/5/2015, he took all the docs required for the loan. Next day he calls me at 5PM and ask for my address proff copy, i told him that I am not near to the scanner so i will send it to you 10 AM in the morning on 22/5/15. He calls me in the morning and started yelling at me for not sending the documents at 10 AM, i told him that i am reaching my office in next 10 minutes and i will send the docs at 10:30 AM. He then started yelling at me and started using some words in kanada that I dont understand. Then after all that i told him that i dont want to go through him for the loan and i want him to return all the docs that i gave him. He started yelling at me and told me "i am not your servent and i will not come to return your documents" then i disconnected the phone. I texted him stating that i need my docs today, for which he didnt reply. I called him again at 2 o'clock and he started yelling at me, and said that "I am not in Bangalore, i will not come and give your documents because I am not your servent." i Just wanted to know is this how Axis Bank executive behave with a lady...?
