Axis Bank — upi transaction declined but amount not refunded | |||
I have made 2 upi transaction through axis mobile app by today as attached. Transaction amount was deducted from my axis account and not credited in beneficiary bank account these 2 transactions are showing declined status but still i didn't get refund to my account or credited to beneficiary account. After this transaction i tried to reach axis bank customer care executive through phone or web chat. But unfortunately i could not reach them as axis bank customer care executives are not in earth. Why they are demanding peoples to make calls through premium call service. We are not calling you for time pass. This is our hard earned money and you are having dumb system and our money is stuck while sending to other bank beneficiaries. I called premium paid call service number to reach axis bank customer care executives who are promise to keep my money safe. Is it ridiculous or not. After 30 minutes of waiting time, my call was disconnected. I used my mobile balance rs.45 for this wasted call. So i decided to contact with them through axis web chat. But there also same problem. Customer care executives are not available more than 30 minutes. I am roaming here and there for saving my money. I beg you please dont make people like this pressure.
