[Resolved] Axis Bank — Welcome kit delivered for about 2 months (Axis Bank Jayanagar Branch) | |||
My Account No : [protected] Name : Vigneshwaran Balasubramanian Branch Applied : Axis bank Jayanagar Branch Bangalore Contact No : [protected] I have applied for Savings account on 1st week of September, my account got activated after a lot of struggle interacting with your customer care and the branch officials. Hence my Welcome kit has not been delivered yet, i have raised complaint infinite times Whenever i approach the branch through calls or direct mode the response is always irresponsible and my frustration and troublesome days with axis bank Jayanagar is extending further . The branch officials promised me to take it up from their side to deliver to me immediatley . but the promise went in air Kindly take up this issue to higher level and make arrangements to deliver my Welcome kit, I believe welcome kit contains Customer ID, Debit Card etc. without these basic kit i am not able to do any kind of transactions Here is some of my Complaint no 8508192 - Latest on Nov 9 8393237 8311225 8301398 Was this information helpful? | |||
