Axis Bank — Wrong debit from axis bank multi currency card | |||
I have axis bank multi currency (Prepaid) card worth of singapore doller (S$) 1000/- card no. 5379......01 7011 When i made purchase at mustafa centre, singapore and vendor swipe the card for s$ 1000 error message "invalid card" flashed since transaction was not complete and no credit to the traders account, but amount of s$ 1000 has been debited. Thus s$ 1000/- was deducted from my pre paid card without making valid purchase. Kindly re credit the amount wrongly debited in my card. Was this information helpful? | |||
