[Resolved] B.e.s.t. Undertaking — Amount got debited but still not reflecting on BEST Website | ||
My BEST Consumer number is[protected]*7 I paid electricity bill of 1780 on Sunday 5th of June 2022 at around 9 p.m. This amount got deducted from my bank and i did not got any confirmation receipt nor this amount got reflected in BEST? Am attaching the proof of amount which got debited and also bill of the month of May which i paid. I request you to kindly refund my money or get it reflected on BEST website. Jun 7, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved WE GOT EMAIL FROM [email protected] AND THEY ASSURED US THAT THEY HAVE FORWARDED OUR COMPLAIN TO Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking customer service.
THEN AFTER ONE DAY OUR BILL AMOUNT WAS REFLECTED IN BEST WEBSITE AND RECEIPT WAS GENERATED.
