B M Sales — Horrible Customer Support, No refund given for more than a month

I ordered for 2 Pairs of Shoes from the online store called http://livebruno.com/ which is run by BM Sales based out of Agra. The order was placed on the 19th of July and I received the shipment on 23rd July. It was a Cash on Delivery Payment and unfortunately I wasn't there to try the shoes before making the payment.
