b.tech — Customer service attitude and delay in delivering products

I have placed an order on 5th August recieved a message that product will be available within 2 daya, 5 days passed I called 19966 asking why I did not recieve it, they confirmed that someone will call within 2 hours to check date for delivery, no one called, I called 19966 again on 15th Aug, same reply was said thaf within 2 hours someone will contact me to deliver the product again no one called, I called again 16th Aug, surprisingly CS claimed that the order is cancelledd on system because it exceeded the 10 days, again I asked to talk to manager to complain she said within 10 min he will call after I waited 30 min on hold, no body called within 2 hours I called again to ask to speak to manager to know what is this nonsense, after 15 min on hold insisting that i will not close the line till I speak to a manager somone called Ahmed, and with all carelessness in the world he told me that the order is cancelled and if I want to re order or make a complain that is all i have to do.

Now you can go back to phone records as long as you are recording it, what is this nonsense? What an attitude from a big company to a permenant customer, i tried to call head managment land line, no one responded.

How can I know now why a company like you ignore customers and act carelessly??
