Baby Cell — product withdrawn but ecs is still being deducted

I've informed through written email to withdraw from baby cell product but the finance through bajaj deducted the amount from my bank account.
Moreover, after talking to baby cell rep bhumika chand and sending her an email for baby cell product withdrawal, bajaj finance rep has still been calling us and chasing us for the payment.
When i tell them i've withdrawn, they promise to call back after checking which does not happen.

Please cancel and do the needful in getting back my already deducted amount and also that there should not be any more request coming from bajaj since you haven't yet filed for its cancellation.
