[Resolved]  Bada Business Private Limited — Refund of INR 932,200/- fees paid for Leadership Funnel Program

We had paid INR 116, 525 x 8 person = Total INR 932, 200/- in the month of April 2022 to attend the Dr. Vivek Bindra Program in June 2022 month and we had made all the necessary travel arrangements including flight tickets from Dubai – Delhi (4 peoples), Kathmandu – Delhi (2 people) and from Jaipur – Delhi (2 people). As you can see that people were coming from different places. But due to change in program date from Bada Business side, we had to rearrange our travel plan. Having done that and allotted new program dates, we had been informed of another change in dates, which has forced us to abandon our plan to attend the program as its very difficult to arrange everybody’s schedule to fall in place at the same time to attend the program. So, we had informed Bada Business accordingly that we will not attend the program and requested for refund of fees. And Bada Business team has agreed to refund the full fees.

We are very much disappointed with Bada Business team with the way they're taking us on ride to get the refund of fees. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not expected from so called big organisation like “Bada business”.

We are chasing since last 4 months rigorously to get refund of fees, but what we got in response from Bada Business team is excuses only and never got any concrete answer when we can get refund. And now since last 2-3 weeks shamelessly Bada Business team has stopped receiving our calls and not bothered reply to our emails, though we're marking all the reminder mails to Vivek Bindra as well.

We hope the authority in India should take appropriate action against such a fraud company like Bada Business who takes consumer for a ride.
