I ordered Lee Cooper shoes on 24th January, 2014. When I checked the status after three days through their website and, the status was still processing. I called the customer care no[protected], the made different excuses and one of their attendant ask me to send my complete address. I sent email and they replied they have some inconvinience. After that a I received a msg from LM-BAGIT by saying they close my ordered and they are going to refund my money. But, when I called customer care my order is still processing even in their website. And I called again to order number, one of the attendant said that they are shifting their warehouse. So i don't believe them anymore, but if they don't refund my money within this week I will file a police case to them.
