I placed an order of Lotto Diva Shoes in Pink & White Colour (SIZE 4). Shoe doesn't fit. I called on[protected] and asked for replacement the product with shoe size 6. I was told by executive that their man first come to collect the delivered product and then you send the replace product.
These guys work slowly. I had made some purchases on flipkart, yebhi and snapdeal and they all are far better then Bag It Today in terms of responses, delivery timings, customer care, replacement.
below is a scenario how fast Bag It Today is:
29 Jan- I placed order
7 Feb - I received product
8 Feb- I asked for replacement
11 Feb- no answer from your team. therefore i wrote feedback to them but no action was taken by them
Bag It Today take 2 months to complete a single purchase if Customer needs replacement of product & a month in case no replacement.
I had selected four more products on bagit website and now i feel lucky that i didn't order all of them in one go.
numerous calls, reminders to Bag it today and finally i was in loss
I don't think that Bag It Today customer care actually cares for customer. I don't prefer to deal with bag it today again in future and dont recommend any of my friends. Was this information helpful? |
