Bag It Today — Refund -Amount Discrepancy

I placed the order for Denims Men Combo on Apr 19thth and the order no for the same is 34331472 for the amount of 1799, size issue problem was there in the jeans since its a local brand, so called the customer care, they said they will try to replace or refund and i returned the product through Delhivery and the awb no is[protected] and they have received the product on May 2nd and after repeated calling they told replacement is not possible and assured me a refund of Rs 1799, but after two days i checked my credit card and its showing a refund of Rs1200/. I escalated the same to the customer support through email as well as phone but even after two weeks no response from their end. Kindly refund the remaining balance of Rs599/-.Awaiting your response.
