On 1st July 2020, I ordered a Schecter SGR C1 Electric Guitar from Bajaao's website and made my complete payment including additional shipping charges. Some details about the product given to me by Bajaao are given below-

On 8th July 2020, I was updated that my item was fullfilable and its ready to be shipped via Fedex Economy and when i looked it up in the Fedex's tracking site, it showed "Shipment information sent to Fedex"

This is where the problem begin. As I am writing this complaint its 17th July 2020, it is showing me that Fedex hasn't received the item yet Bajaao is telling me that its "ready for shipping". On the top of that, i was given the delivery date of 21st July 2020. There is no update on my product and when i tried to contact bajaao they told me it will be "shipped soon".
I totally understand the lack of proper manpower in these tough times but at least they should give me proper updates about the product and ship it because it has been 10+ days as of now since they told me its ready to be shipped.
