Bajaao.com — non refund of money paid against order

Dear sir, I had order a Stag classical guitar and paid a sum of Rs. 4, 999/- through net banking and on receipt of the said amount, the said online shop registered my order vide no. 2572 dtd.31.12.2014 and promise to deliver the item order for. On 13.1.2015, they cancelled the order due to their own difficulties and promise to refund the consideration amount of the said guitar. By an e-mail the said online shop intimated me that on 15.1.2015, that the refund has been made to my A/c. I, verified my bank statement and found that they are lying and by an e-mail, i dispatch the bank statement of my A/c to the said online shop. Thereafter, they blocked my e-mail id, The said Bajaao.com, is a regular and habitual fraud online shop and please protect the poor customer like me. Thanking you, sir.
