Bajaj Auto — bajaj- v bike

I have bought a bajaj - v bike from chandrama auto, subarnapur, at/po - subarnapur, state - odisha. While doing a free servicing in chandrama auto, subarnapur on 02/09/2017 they broke my front mirror. They promised me to replace it very soon. Since then i have visited their work shop several times. But they are not taking any interest to replace the broken mirror. It is absolutely their negligence for which the mirror was broken.
