I purchased a dominor 400 on 9 September 2021 from Pioneer Bajaj vazhuthacaud Trivandrum (Kerala). It has driven only 40 km that is from showroom to home and home to showroom. The bike is complaint from the day of purchase. It automatically switch off when we decrease the throttle. When i complaint to the showroom they said they can't find the error in the bike. From 10 september 2021 onwards the bike is in the service centre. Till now they can't fix the error and saying that they will fix the issue soon. Even one of the technician can't fix the issue. So i requested them to refund my money or replacement of the bike. They also refused my request. They said they can't do nothing about it. I don't know what to do.
