[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — Collecting extra emi

For 30 emi tenure, they are collecting 32 emi, for 02 emi was not paid in time at moratorium period.After penalty charges and 02 extra emi.30+2.Is it correct.Who permitted them.Is it rbi.It is not a duty? to inform the customer that your going to chargeable this much in advance .Then he would clear off at starting stage.With minimum penalty.
