[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Defective bike sold by Bajaj | |||
I bought a brand new 2017 BS4 blue white Pulsar rs 200 on 12th of this month. But from the very next day i am facing various problems with this bike. The second day the bike suddenly broke down in the city and I pushed it more than 5 km to reach the service station. They left it without any checking as because suddenly the bike started then. Everyday i am facing starting problem and sudden breakdown .On 17th I went for the first service but in next 50 km the bike again broke down due to over heating. I made a video of it and showed them on 19th again i went their showroom. The cooling fan was faulty and to find out this problem they broke all the seal and pasting of the bike. The next day horn stopped working, faring making too much noise and now i am going with a new problem. The engine making annoying sounds after running a few km. I am very disappointed with the bike and i need a fresh one. Their is manufacturing defect in this bike. I complained numerous times to the Bajaj customer care but do not get any response from their side. It's my request to look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
