Bajaj Auto — delay and poor response in service | |||
Hi, I have purchased my vehicle RS 200, from uppal branch, since then I give my vehicle in the same service centre (select Bajaj Uppal), very poor and bad response from service centre . It's been three days and today they called and say that the chain sprocket is still not available and it is expected tomorrow. Which they said the same on Friday that it will be delivered on Saturday. Every day I travelled about 75 km and my cab would cost me bombs . And about service I have heard from other customers also that the service is very bad. And staff behave very hostile and rude. I regret to but a Bajaj vehicle and at the same time Yamaha customer service is extraordinary . I have been using my Yamaha vehicle since 10years never had such issues till date. i raised a complaint with bajaj
i gave a complaint about cheating by KLN reference number ISR-476834
problem is not solved but sms is received as solved
this is the way bajaj is handling customer complaints
