Bajaj Auto — Dissatisfaction of service | |||
My name is deepak kumar, i own avenger-150, registration number - ka05 jr 1236. I purchased this bike in popular bajaj, 2nd main rd, 7th block, yediyur, jayanagar in december 2015. On july 9th 2016 my bike had a problem with shock absorber, i took it to the service center "popular bajaj" sasthri nagar, #241, kr rd, 7th block, jayanagara jaya nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560004. I had very bad experience in this showroom, still today they could not rectify my bike problem. On july 9th morning i took it to the service center, and they said that it has been repaired and they delivered the bike at evening, after taking bike home i was still facing the same problem. Again i went to the same service center several times (Precisely it is 5 times - you can see in the service registry or cctv), to resolve my bike issue, but these people working here are absolute nut shells, they does not understand what is customer service, they will make some minor adjustments and return the bike, after taking bike home same problem re-occurs with in 1 day. I am really fed up of pathetic service provided by popular bajaj service center, i did not except this from the company which has set a high standards in indian two wheeler industry. Also i am getting the feeling not to buy any bajaj products in future, because they have not provided the service for which i have paid already. I am sending this mail as a last hope, so that i can get proper service of my bike for the money i have already paid. Regards R.
