Bajaj Auto — faulty auto rickshaw delivered by bajaj dealer and dealer is just wasting time saying let the km reach 2000 km then we can solve | |||
My name is juber shaikh from pune My three wheeler autoricshaw number is mh12 nw6442. I have purchased bajaj autoricshaw from shri sewa, sangamwadi pune on 19/12/17 and had paid the complete amount in cash. After 15-20 days there were problem related to more consumption of oil and noise issue. During the first servicing of my autoricshaw i had complained about it. Auto fitter ashish dholare and manager sandeep said they have resolved my issue with my vehicle but unfortunately in another 1-2 days of servicing i noticed oil consumption was very high compared to normal oil consumption. I have been regularly informing sai sewa dealer in pune, sangamwadi but didn't get any resolution yet. Now they have told me to come directly for the fourth servicing. They said problem will be solved after that. But i doubt if after my fourth servicing 2000 kms will be done so they are just doing time pass and just wasting away time i am filling oil after every 20-30 days. I have to incure money for filling oil whichvshould not happen. Also i have not recieved side takte (Right and left + mat that is placed inside autoricshaw as promised. Also there was gas leakage happening in my auto but dealers mechanic couldn't solve even that. I am really fed up and feel no trust in bajaj dealers and company. I want this autoricshaw to be changed as i have put my hard earned money to purchase the vehicle. I never suggest anybody for bajaj product. I truely heart the behaviour of dealership. Please take necessary action for this purpose otherwise i must take legal action... Was this information helpful? | |||
