I need your support.
I purchased Pulsar 220 Bike from Bajaj after paying Rs.90, 000+.
Bajaj Auto (Krishna Bajaj) Mr. Anand Wardhan and Mr. Mishra suggested to change the bike parts due to frequent faults from last 1 -2 year. After changing parts by Krishna Bajaj Gurgaon on suggestion from Service Manager and spending Rs.7000 from my pocket, my bike caught fire/smoke during running condition..Also, there was petrol leakage observed and huge smoke was coming from Bike..
My brother and myself was sitting on bike during that incident and we suffered injury due to this.
I have called more than 20 times to Mr. Mishra (BajajService manager) and Mr. Anand Wardhan but they have refused to attend this andnot picking my phone call.
During call, Mr. Wardhan/Mishra used slang and improperlanguage with me earlier and misbehaved with me and my father.
Such behaviour was never expected from Bajaj. Can you pleasehelp for action..
