Bajaj Auto — FREE SERVICING ISSUE | |||
I had done second free service of my bajaj pulsar 150. I told them many problems about the bike during the sevice. But they did not care to rectify the issues and gave me the bike just washed. They charged me Rs.420/- for oil change. But even they did not change the oil. So i had complained to bajaj customer care and they had told the dealer (Supreme Bajaj, Mangalore) to see the issue. And the dealer contacted me and asked to bring the bike. And then they repaired, and the bike was fine. Now, Today i contacted the dealer regarding the third service and i told him the problem which i faced during the second service. And i asked him i[censored] repair the problems what i have only then i will be giving the bike for third service. He said he cannot. He rejected to make the third service.
