Bajaj Auto — Harsh behavior by the calling agents, rude behavior and bad attitude

Have received a call a few minutes back from Hyderabad number to [protected], when I asked him that why we are receiving too many calls a day about 10 per day, he asked whether my name is so and so when I said that's my father he started behaving rude and was very bad at his attitude, is this the way you behave with customers?
