Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I would like to inform you that I have purchased 2 Bajaj Pulsar Bikes in 2013 & 2015. Reason for purchasing was nearby services from my home. Now, from last 1.5 years I am facing trouble to service my bikes as there is no service station available within 15km range of my home. They have shut down almost 5-6 centers during last 1 year. And because of this so much rush at their other workshops & their manpower is not enough to handle such volume of footfall.
I am writing this complaint because I tried to take service of my bike from local mechanic but he is unable to short out the problem as that is related to Bajaj's internal wiring. Every 2nd day, my bike is not getting start & I am disappointing as so much amount has spend on it. I need proper resolution from Bajaj as they committed to provide services to the consumer while selling their products in open market.
Please take the corrective action.
