Bajaj Auto — Poor services a.s.motor vadodara | |||||
Dear sir my name is tejas gole from vadodara gujart, i heard the very good goodwill of bajaj motercycle.But i was wrong deatil:- i have purchased bajaj motecyscle- platina100es- on 23.02.2016.It was working good till 04.04.2016 after that it made trouble to me.I visited to your authorised service center -as motor talked to mr robin regarding vibration issue .They did some temporary soloution (they put two way gum ).And again when i gave my vehicle on second service on 14.06.2016 till the they had not given any soloution to me again i talked to call center they did con call with other incahrge mr darpan .He suggested to change tyre and i paid of rs 435/-and again problem occured same on 19.06.2016.They have takne my motercycle on 20.06.2016, again they said the front side ring is bend i ask for replacement but they suggested me to go for insurance policyan and even we agree on that and i paid 150/- but sorry to write that problem was same .
