[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Poor servicing n miscommunication | |||
I purchased rs200 from s. S auto krishnagar nadia. My complain is regarding the service. I've got 3 free service but every time they charged 100/_ for consumption purposes, i am okey with that but today i went for my final free service n they asked me that the estimate is around 700/- Because i asked them to do full service because everytime they just wash it and retight the screw n charged 100/- This time i asked him to wash my bike's airfilter and without cheching he said it need to replace n one more other fliter i need to pay also 50 rs more i have to pay for bike chain wash and 50/_ for polish. My question is this are including servicing so why i have to pay extra and why you are assuring me "it's a free service". You are not charging for bike wash but u are charging for chain wash! If i pay only 500/_ than i can get a completely full service from outside. "ullu banana bandh karo" After knowing this all i left the service centre because i don't want to fall in your trap.
