Bajaj Auto — Pulsar 200 ns Mag wheel not available since a month | |||
Hi, I am the owner of Bajaj 2OO NS. I have given my bike to Bajaj Service Center in Vishal Nagar (Rhydtm Auto) on 29th June 2015 to get my bike front mag wheel replaced, but still I didnt got my bike. Whenever I call them, they just say the part is not been provided by BAJAJ AUTO, every time I call they say we will receive the part in 2-3 days but that 2-3 days is still pending. I dont know if Bajaj is not having a single mag wheel to provide to the customer then why cant they shut there company only. I tried calling on there customer care number provided on bajaj auto website but the number is always not reachable. I have mailed them several of times but no reply for that even. I will suggest everyone not to buy Bajaj Bikes since then cant serve you in future, when you need your bike to get repaired. Please raise the complain for this. I am really irritated with this. I cant say daily auto bill of 200rs now, I want Bajaj to pay me for that even since because of them I am not getting my bike from more then 3weeks. Was this information helpful? | |||
