I wrote an email and tried calling your customer care too. I am not here just because I felt to post issues. I have posted a complaint because it has not been addressed by anybody. Despite the efforts I took to write an elaborate concern, to your company on the email address given, all your executives did was to assign it to one deal Rolta Bajaj and the person Mr. Chittaranjan from Rolta Bajaj just blatantly called me to ask "what service issue you have? What part you did not get? You have given our name" I told him the issue is with Bajaj and not with any particular dealer. The issue here is unavailability of spares, substandard service and mechanics are SVC and incompetence of Dealers to handle customer issues. This issue is not limited to one dealer but, to an entire network which includes the authorised spare parts distributors and spare parts dealers of Bajaj as well. Please understand my concern first then decide what you need to do. Please stop acting like machines and robots and get into details of customer concerns. My problem is not resolved, I still have a motorcycle which needs spare parts and they are not available at Kolkata.
