I bought my bike avenger 180 street in feb month of year 2018 from garve bajaj dealer placed near wakad in pune. My bike is clearly under warranty.
I was given the bike with defective battery due to which i have been facing self start problem since the first day and i have been frequently going to service center regarding the same problem. They are not completely resolving my problem rather they are doing some temporary fixes which hardly takes 2-3 weeks to turn into major issues for my bike.
Recently on 6th of october i gave my bike to service center for the same problem the kept it for 2 days and returned it without fixing it.
Saying that we are not responsible for battery changing and issues regarding the same. They also said that i myself have to go the battery dealers and show warranty card to get a new battery.
I believe this is clear an unprofessional behavior shown by service center staff there as they are helping rather they are expecting me to solve such problem even when my bike is under warranty. As if i have bought battery from some where else.
They should be responsible for delivering defective battery to me and should take necessary action to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
