Sir,
I bought bajaj v15 in may-2017, i did first 2 services on time (According to your service centre). But in the manual you miss the clarity about when to do service. I understood that we can get out bike either by 360 days or by 9500km. But when i reach the station by today (I. E. 18-sep-2017), i got irresponsible answers from your mechanical team. They moved it to 2nd paid service. What i hate the most is, i didn't get any call from your employees regarding my 3rd free service, but when it is time for my paid service (According to them), i got calls daily for entire week. What the hell wrong with your service centres.
