Bajaj Auto — Urgent Complaint Regarding Persistent Issues with my Bajaj Pulsar NS 125

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the performance of my Bajaj Pulsar NS 125, which I have owned for over a year now. My experience with the bike has been far from satisfactory, and I have encountered persistent issues that have not been adequately addressed despite multiple visits to the service center.

The main issues I have been facing with my Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 are as follows:

1. **Poor Pickup:** The bike consistently exhibits a severe lack of pickup, making it challenging and unsafe to ride, especially in heavy traffic. This issue has persisted since the time of purchase and has not improved despite several service visits.

2. **Abysmal Mileage:** Despite being a 125cc bike, I am getting an exceptionally low mileage, averaging around 30 kmpl. There have been instances where it has even dipped below this threshold. This is in stark contrast to my friends who own the same model and have consistently reported a mileage of around 50 kmpl. The significant disparity in fuel efficiency is highly discouraging.

3. **Frequent Servicing:** To address the above issues, I have taken my bike to the service center on three separate occasions, but the problems persist. The fact that I've had to visit the service center so frequently for a relatively new bike with low mileage is a matter of great concern.

I have also reached out to the agency where I purchased the bike to report these problems. Regrettably, the agency has not provided a satisfactory solution to any of the issues raised, which adds to my frustration and disappointment.

As a loyal Bajaj Auto customer, I expected a superior performance and quality from the Pulsar NS 125, and my experience so far has been anything but satisfying. I feel let down by the performance and the lack of resolution to these issues despite my consistent efforts to address them.
