[Resolved]  Bajaj Capital Finance — Personal loan was not approved but charged me Rs 1,19,922 during process.

I applied for a personal loan for 2 lakhs from Bajaj Capital Finance for 7% interest. I sent them my identification documents: Aadhar, PAN and Bank cheque on Whats(7980193474). They asked me to pay Rs. 5500 as processing fee and I paid it. After few minutes received message on Whatsapp : Transaction Successfully but not clear SGT charges (This INR is HOLD). Please pay you SGT charge 15699/- only. This charge is refundable. Receive you amount in 15 minute. Have a nice day. Hence I paid the amount. After few minutes received message on Whatsapp : Transaction Successfully but not clear PPC charge (This INR is HOLD). Please pay you PPC charge 22599/- only. The whole amount is refundable. Receice you amount in 10 minute. Have a nice day. Hence I paid the amount. After few minutes..I received another message that the transaction failed due to (Bank Declaration charge) reason. Kindly pay Bank Declaration charge of INR Rs. 27, 699.00 to the firm, This Bank Declaration charge is totally refundable. I paid Rs. 25, 000. He asked me to wait for 2 minutes and received another message that transaction is not successful, .. so please receive Q transfer Password (This amount is running) Please Pay Q Password charge of Rs. 33699 only. This charge is refundable. Receive you amount in today. I paid this amount also. After few minutes I received another message: Your a/c no XXXXXXXXXX94 is credited by Rs. 3, 02, 497.00 on 15-12-2020 send by BAJAJ CAPITAL FINANCE. This is to inform you cq no 702531 is on hold. you have to clear charge of 13% (39, 324.61). please pay clearance charge. I got fed up of their repeated useless assurances and said I dont want to continue as I dont have any money left and requested to cancel my loan and notinterested anymore in getting loan. They said they cant close and cancellation fee is to be paid for Rs. 17425 to cancel loan request and they need a letter in writing saying that I want to cancel loan. I wrote a short letter in Engish, sent them on Whatsapp and paid cancellation fee of 17425. I received another message after few minutes which is as below: Dear customer. Your A/c ends with XXXXXXXXXX94 is credited INR 119922.00 on 15-DEC-2020 17:52:22 from Bajaj Finance through NEFT/TF999PL7898Y0256 is reverse. Kindly pay Acciunt settlement charge INR 15500 is refundable. Your process is ahead. T & C Apply. I didnt get any loan from them but in turn ended up paying them amount of Rs. 1, 19, 922. I requested them to return my money but they asked me to pay settlement charge. Please help me get my money back when they couldn't process my loan request. I am paralytic/disabled person and only wanted to take personal loan to support my family during this pandemic situations and I dont have job or source of income ever since lockdown started in April-2020.
