Bajaj Electronics — Air cooler purchased in your shop - our bad time started | |||
We purchased voltas cooler 40l-vb - w40m in bajaj electronics, secunderabad, bill no. Mg/16/414 on[protected]. The cooler is not working when we opened the seal. We booked complaint immediately with complaint number [protected]. Nearly we called 50 times to the shop and no phone was lifted. We thought the shop was either closed or the number given on the bill are not correct. We went to the shop and explained the situation and they booked the complaint. After that no one was turned up for the service. We need replacement of the product as it is a defective piece was sold to us. The service is worst as there is no proper response either from shop or from the service center. Was this information helpful? | |||

Re: bajaj electronics at malakpet. The experience was nightmarish. The store manager is blatantly rude. The cashier's behave as if they are doing us a favour by attending to us. The experience is worse than a govt office. I wanted to buy an AC and I paid the initial amount and I have to wait endlessly for processing.

I purchased one air cooler on 4th April, they promise it will be delivered by6th April. I am calling them again and again almost 20 time. They only phone 2 times and Every time they say Sir server not working can not check your details.

First of all.. I wonder wat u"l do of the so many complaints that have been already made..horrible experience. Purchased an Ac on the 7th n no one has come to install it yet.. more than your famous 48 hours.. u have lost a customer forever. I'd rather pay a little extra than get harrased by u all.. hate the experience.. Never again!!!
